BRIM Real Estate Management Inc. was founded and is operated by Antonio Bommarito, a Boise native and entrepreneur. As a child Antonio would participated in investment games and help analyze ROI’s on specific financial returns. When Antonio wasn’t learning stock-market trading secrets, he was working on entrepreneurial endeavors which proved to be most profitable.
Antonio excels in technology and was quick to learn about anything related to the industry. In college he would spend his free time rebuilding computers and troubleshooting tech issues, ultimately spending 10 years working as a career Analyst in various positions.
In high-school Antonio continued his study in Information Technology enrolling in advanced computer networking and IT security classes. He went on to attend Boise State University where he participated in many student organizations and was elected student body senator.
Antonio graduated with a BBA in Business and IT Management with side-study in real estate, entrepreneurial and non-profit management. While attending college Antonio founded BRIM Real Estate Management Inc and Growing Change, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to public education focused on sustainability and resource management.
Today BRIM Inc. manages many traditional and executive Airbnb/VBRO, web-based short-term rentals in the downtown Boise area, leading the local industry. Our ability to utilize technology to automate/optimize tasks has allowed us to reach more clients and seamlessly transition to emerging markets while adapting with changing environments. In addition to utilizing new technology to stay competitive, we are effective at negotiating discount pricing with contractors and service provides, benefiting our customers.
BRIM Real Estate Management was founded in 2005 and incorporated on August 16th, 2007 in the state of Idaho. We have enjoyed over 15 years of business assisting in the management of vacant spaces, while consistently increasing service, growth and ROI for clients.
In 2016, we emerged as a leader in management of web-based, short-term, furnished rental listings through Airbnb, while continuing to grow our traditional management services. Currently we have a diverse portfolio of furnished and traditional rentals throughout the Boise Valley with specialty expertise in managing executive rentals in the heart of downtown.
We utilize new technology to provide better quality of service and profitability for our clients. These recent enhancements have helped us increase revenue, accounting transparency and performance without having to raise overhead costs. The new innovations allow us to achieve superior performance, while offering more services. Our company goal is to maximize revenue for owners while maintaining the integrity of their investment assets.

By utilizing new industry tools we ensure our commitment and ability to provide best of class service to our clients all while growing revenue.

BRIM Real Estate Management started in 2005, with an initial focus to manage family rental investments. We operated efficiently and rapidly expanded our portfolio by adding new clients. In the beginning there was a lot to learn but we slowly increased client services while gaining industry experience.
BRIM Inc. continued to improved processes, increased growth and eventually incorporated on August 16, 2007. Like any business operating for a long period of time we had challenges and setbacks, but we were quick to learn and overcome obstacles, always focusing on moving forward. BRIM Inc. prides itself maintaining continuous annual revenue growth and above average occupancy rates, above 99%.
Business has continued to improve steadily and in 2017, we emerged as a leader in web-based rental management. As early adopters of new platforms we gained significant market traction allowing us to double revenue consistently 3 out of the last 4 years.
Since our optimization, we have increased our benchmarks of performance on both furnished and unfurnished rental offerings. We are on track to achieve our long term goals of surpassing a management portfolio of 200+ units within 3 years.
By utilizing our technical advantage, expanding our customer base and offering more services, we will meet growth expectations. By continually improving, optimizing and automating business process, we become better and more valuable to clients.
